How long will it take to receive my order?
Each piece is crafted with care and intention. Many of our items are custom made just for you.
Please allow 5-10 business days for us to create your order before it ships. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on its way. If you need a rush order email us before placing an order, we will do our best to accommodate your timeline!
Is it possible to request a rush order?

We strive to use eco-conscious materials whenever possible, including sustainably sourced wood, high-quality metals, durable glass and acrylics, and thoughtfully chosen packaging. Each piece is crafted with care and prayer, ensuring it is both beautiful and lasting.
How do I care for my engraved piece?
To preserve the beauty of your piece, handle it with care. Avoid using harsh chemicals or
abrasive cloths. A soft, dry cloth is best for cleaning. For wood items, occasional conditioning
with food-safe mineral oil can help maintain the finish.
Does Kadash Ltd offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States. If you’re located elsewhere and would like to order, please contact us — we are happy to explore options for you. Your interest means the world to us.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because most of our pieces are personalized, returns and exchanges are limited. However, if
there is any issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will do our
best to make it right — your trust and satisfaction mean everything to us.
How will my gift be packaged?
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Many of our items include a branded insert card and arrive ready to gift. If your order is going directly to a gift recipient, we’re happy to include a handwritten note — just leave your message at checkout.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! We love helping you bless others with meaningful gifts. Simply enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. If you’d like us to include a handwritten note, please leave your message in the order notes.
